Updated Terms of Use on nuskin.com

Nu Skin is making some updates to the Terms of Use for our website, nuskin.com, and we wanted to share the details with you.

Going forward, these Terms of Use will also govern your use of certain of our mobile applications, including Nu Skin Vera™, as well as other software and services we offer, now or in the future.

Here is a high-level summary of some of the key updates:

· We’ve added terms that cover your use of the Nu Skin Vera™ mobile application, including product purchasing and other features and functionality within the app.

· We’ve updated your rights to access and use the software and services that Nu Skin makes available, as well as Nu Skin’s rights to access and use any content and feedback you provide.

· We’ve modified the limitation of liability provisions to apply to the expanded services that will be covered by these Terms of Use, as well as to the third parties who help Nu Skin provide these services to you.

· We’ve revised the arbitration provisions that apply to all Nu Skin Brand Affiliates to specifically set forth in the Terms of Use updated arbitration procedures that will govern any disputes arising under the Terms of Use.

Your continued use of our website, Nu Skin Vera™, and the Nu Skin Services (as such term is defined in the Terms of Use) on or after September 24, 2022, will indicate that you agree to be bound by the updated Terms of Use.

Nu Skin recommends that you fully review the updated Terms of Use, including Section 15, “Limitation of Liability,” and, if you are a Nu Skin Brand Affiliate, Section 17, “Arbitration Agreement,” as these particular sections place limits on our liability and the way Brand Affiliates can resolve disputes with us under these Terms of Use.
