Nu Skin is honored to receive the Platinum 2020 Customer Centric Award from Direct Selling News. The publication’s recognition program celebrates companies that are leading the way toward a sustainable, customer-centric future for the industry while utilizing business models that boast high customer-to-distributor ratios and prioritize customer sales.

Companies with a customer-to-distributor ratio of 5:1 earn a Gold status while a ratio of 10:1 is awarded the highest recognition of Platinum. We are thrilled to report that Nu Skin achieved a ratio that well over doubled the Platinum qualification with a customer-to-distributor ratio of 26:1 under stricter terms than required. Nu Skin West Region President, Tyler Whitehead adds, “It’s clear that we’ve made major strides in our efforts to be customer-obsessed.
