Recent winner of an Edison Award, our ageLOC LumiSpa iO is a revolutionary device containing patented micropulse oscillation technology, which occasionally needs to be updated as we continue to improve our technology.

Follow the simple steps below to update your device and ensure it is functioning at its best.

Step 1: Download and open Nu Skin Vera.

Step 2: Tap devices at the bottom right corner of the screen. You’ll see here if you have an update available on your LumiSpa iO. (Click here for instructions on how to pair your device with Vera.)

Step 3: Select your device, then tap the settings icon.

Step 4: Tap Firmware, then update.

Step 5: Follow the three simple instructions listed on the screen and tap continue.

Step 6: Tap update one more time, wait a few minutes while your device updates, then tap done.
